Cowtown Concierge Services operates between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

Service areas are Fort Worth and the mid-cities within Tarrant County.

Within the service areas, hourly rates begin at $30 per hour.

Outside the service areas, hourly rates begin at $40 per hour.

All service rates are subject to change without notice.

Services are billed hourly, with a one hour minimum and in 15 minute increments thereafter.

Outside of the stated operating hours, an additional $10 convenience fee will be added to the initial hourly rate. If services are requested outside of the stated operating hours during the holidays, this fee will be $15.

Monthly packages are offered for long-term, on-going arrangements within Tarrant County:

• 6 Hours - $135.00 ($15 savings)
• 10 hours - $225.00 ($25 savings)
• 15 hours - $330.00 ($45 savings)
• 30 hours - $660.00 ($90 savings)

With the purchase of another monthly package, hours can be rolled over to the next month.

For services requiring travel, the first 10 miles are free, with a charge of $.50 per mile thereafter.

A 24-hour notice is preferred but not required for service requests. Requests are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Service requests are answered as soon as possible and always within 24 hours. There is no additional charge for same-day service.

A 24-hour cancellation notice of services is required, otherwise a $15 charge will be assessed.

Payment is due upon receipt of services. Any other terms must be agreed upon by Cowtown Concierge Services in advance.

Cowtown Concierge Services fees are for services only and do not include the costs of any goods. If CCS pays for merchandise, refund of all monies paid will be billed with payment due upon receipt. Prior discussion of such situations will be addressed if applicable.

An initial 30-minute consultation is provided to the client at no charge. After that, services are billed in 30 minute increments.

CCS offers a client satisfaction guarantee on all services rendered. If a client is not satisfied with CCS for a service request, a refund for full amount paid will be given if received within 48 hours of the completed request. Request for refund can be emailed or made by phone.

Cowtown Concierge Services accepts cash, checks, money orders, CCS gift certificates and PayPal.
