Rates
Please contact your Concierge Coordinator for a personalized quote for all services offered.        

Some organizational projects are done on a consulting basis. The homeowner will have "homework" to purge thru large amounts of paper work, clothes, toys, etc. to determine what to save, give away, donate or trash.  At that point we can work together to reclaim your home,  and decrease your stress level!                                                                                    

Terms
A 24 hour advance notice for requests is preferred, but not required. All services are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Reuests may be sent in the form of email, phone, or text.  A Cowtown representavie will respond promptly.

Preferred Concierge Client Account
You may establish a retainer for specific days/hours of the week/month/year in which your personal assistant is at your service. Clients can also establish a "petty cash" account to cover any incedentials. Request a quote to receive maximum value.

Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Personal and Corporate Checks, Cash, and our Gift Cards. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless other arrangements have been made.

Advances
If we advance payment for outside services or merchandise purchases, all charges will be invoiced with payment due upon receipt of invoice. Ask about our Preferred Concierge Client accounts.

Cancellation of Services
In order to respect all of our clients' schedules and deadlines, a 24 hour notice to cancel our services is required; otherwise a $15 service fee is assessed.
