A: A Concierge is a TIME manager who offers solutions to people in their hectic personal and professional lifestyles. Running errands, grocery shopping, gift purchasing, residential assistance, and household organizing are some common requests.

Q: How does Cowtown Concierge Services charge for its service?

A: Either hourly rates, monthly packages at a discounted rate, or quoted on a per project basis.

Q: Who uses Cowtown Concierge Services?

A: Families, single moms & dads, new parents, attorneys, real estate agents, and any individual needing to save TIME.

Q: How does Cowtown Concierge Services schedule their clients' requests?

A: There are several convenient ways to schedule services:

• On the basis of a set day or days of the week with a set time (or window) allocated to each particular client. The client provides a list of errands or services that they are requesting. Errands will be fulfilled on the scheduled day between 9 AM and 6 PM.
• On an "as needed" basis. A 24-hour notice for unscheduled services is preferred but not required. Same-day requests will be fulfilled to the best of the Concierge's ability based on prior commitments. Service requests are accepted between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Packages are available which offer clients a set amount of monthly hours at a discounted rate under a contractual agreement. This is helpful to clients who need a certain amount of personal service hours but prefer no set schedule with the understanding that requests will be fulfilled to the best of the Concierge's ability based on prior commitments. Roll-over hours are acceptable with a consecutive monthly package. A 24-hour notice or more is preferred but not required.

Cowtown Concierge Services will document all client profiles, including detailed contact information, personal requests and preferences, important dates, and special needs. This reference information is accessible only by CCS and is used by CCS to maximize our service to our clients.
