What is a Concierge and what services does Cowtown Concierge provide? 

A Concierge is a person who coordinates your daily, weekly or monthly responsibilities. Errands, grocery shopping, gift purchasing, postal needs, residential assistance, and household organizing are common requests.

How does Cowtown Concierge charge for its service?

Either an hourly rate, project quote, client retainer, or yearly contract with most companies.

Who uses Cowtown Concierge?

Individuals, families, single moms and dads, new parents, attorneys, real estate agents, corporate employees, and You!

How does Cowtown Concierge schedule client requests?

First come First serve basis, or by retainer. 

24 hour notice is preferred for as-needed services, but not required. Same day requests will be fulfilled to the best of our ability based on prior commitments. Service requests are accepted during normal business hours.

Retainer rates offer a pre-determined amount of hours at a discounted rate with a contractual agreement. This is helpful to clients that need a certain amount of personal service hours. They either set the hours for specific dates and times, or fill in on an "as needed" basis, with the understanding that requests are fulfilled to the best of our ability based on prior commitments. Roll over hours are acceptable with a consecutive monthly retainer. 24 hour notice is requested.
